Our design office offers the preparation of project documentation of buildings in all its stages from architectural studies to documentation for the implementation of buildings. We also focus on fire safety of buildings.

The development group is engaged in residential construction of apartment buildings in Prague. It has completed 24 projects with almost 600 residential units. It is currently implementing 4 development projects with more than 230 units and projects with almost 2,000 apartments are already in the pipeline.

We provide complete development activities. We design and implement the construction of family and apartment houses. We arrange everything from the project to the implementation, including the processing of building permits and documents for construction. We specialize in energy-saving wooden buildings, we have a design office and implementation team.

We work with architects to create impressive stainless steel mesh and rope projects - from consulting and structural engineering to fabrication and installation and membrane construction. Handrail infills, fall barriers, stainless steel trellises for green facades, LED installations and zoo solutions.
