I specialize in real estate appraisals. A market valuation of real estate is useful when buying or selling a property, as well as in inheritance and divorce proceedings, for example. I am a contracted appraiser for the ČSOB Group, for which I prepare bank appraisals. In addition, as a real estate agent, I handle the sale and rental of properties.

Selling or buying a property tends to be one of the most important decisions in life. From the very first meeting we tell things openly and as they really are. We set clear terms and conditions and guide the entire process so that it is predictable, safe and free of unnecessary complications for everyone involved.
