I specialize in real estate appraisals. A market valuation of real estate is useful when buying or selling a property, as well as in inheritance and divorce proceedings, for example. I am a contracted appraiser for the ČSOB Group, for which I prepare bank appraisals. In addition, as a real estate agent, I handle the sale and rental of properties.
