I accompany births as a doula. I care for women in pregnancy, childbirth and maternity. I organize antenatal preparations for childbirth and six weeks of labor. I help with breastfeeding, carrying babies in a shawl or carrier, using women's herbal infusion and the rebozo technique.

As a private midwife, I offer: comprehensive care for pregnant women, including preparation for conception, pregnancy lifestyle consultations, preparation for childbirth and antenatal visiting services. All in the client's home environment. Additional services: lactation counseling, massage, crisis intervention.

CAMINO Healthy Movement Centre is individual care by a physiotherapist and a midwife. Offering group exercise, workshops and courses for professionals and the public. Organizing yoga courses for children and adults.
