I provide accredited educational programs and training courses for those in the helping professions and beyond. Courses focus on personal development, self-discovery and communication.

We offer courses in Integral Yoga and Kriya Yoga. We are dedicated to all the basic paths of yoga, so you will also find a spiritual practice. We also offer an accredited Yoga Instructor retraining course of 210 hours.
