The French name means good milk. A gourmet mini-dairy run by a family of veterinarians from Moravia, raising French goats and sheep and producing premium quality: goat yogurt, sheep yogurt, fresh goat milk, goat cheese in brine and dried goat milk with colostrum.

We are a family run ice cream parlour specialising in artisan ice cream made from quality ingredients. We make scoop ice cream during the summer and popsicles during the colder months.
