The property is located in a quiet small village 10 km from Votice and 8 km from Louňovice pod Blaníkem in the Toulava region in South Bohemia. The cottage has 14 full beds divided into 4 rooms and a fenced garden of 2000 m².

Apartments offers one building with 8 apartments, each with its own covered parking space and lockable ski room, total capacity 40 people. There are one to three bedroom apartments, equipped with kitchen facilities including basic amenities.
