We are a family company with a tradition since 1991 in selling or renting real estate in the South Bohemia region, but also in the whole Czech Republic. We will take care of the sale or rental of your apartments, houses, cottages, land and commercial properties with confidence and professional service. We look forward to seeing you.

Our company has been active on the international real estate market since 1983. The Kohoutovi real estate team has specialized in South Bohemia since 2012. Every day we use our experience to help clients save time, money and protect their lifelong assets. When two people do the same thing, it's not the same thing.
