I establish and liquidate commercial companies and cooperatives. I also deal with the administration and securing of claims. I offer custody of funds and deeds.

I provide legal services and specialize in, among other things, legal assistance in the event of divorce and all related issues. I will also represent you in child custody proceedings and in proceedings for the division of the matrimonial property if the mutual property relations are not resolved by agreement.

Citizens Advice Bureau - debt and foreclosure resolution, family, neighborhood, civil and labor relations counseling, information on social services and assistance, consumer protection, rental housing. We are an accredited office for free of charge drafting and filing of petitions for bankruptcy.

We perform all notarial activities, incorporation and changes of companies, direct entries in the commercial register, certification of general meetings, purchase and gift agreements, escrows, marriage contracts, certification of signatures and copies, conversion and preparation of extracts from information systems.
