We offer exclusive Pilates classes on the REFORMER machine, popular BARRE BODY classes and a wide range of Pilates and yoga classes led by experienced trainers. Form Factory is a modern fitness and gym for everyone. We offer workouts on modern machines and equipment for strength and cardio training, a functional zone, a wide range of group classes including Les Mills and professional facilities for healthy movement. Use the sauna for relaxation.

BodyBody training is a revolutionary concept in fitness. The workout is based on the method of electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), which acts on the body much more effectively than traditional training methods and thus significantly increases and deepens the effectiveness of the exercise - the whole body (up to 90% of the muscles) is trained within 20 minutes.
