We offer a wide range of classes, including Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Barre, and yoga. Our goal is to help you build strength, control, and precision of movement. At Apres Studio, we create a welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable and achieve your fitness goals.

Newly opened gym with a focus on group classes. After thousands of classes and clients trained, we decided to open another gym. We accept the Multisport card.

This women-only fitness center offers a weight room, cardio zone, functional training zone, group classes, meal plans, and guidance from a professional trainer. Age, weight, fitness level, or health limitations are not a barrier. The first trial class is free. Other services: beauty treatments and massages, nutritional counseling.
