Operation of the clinical biochemistry laboratory. The operation is largely automated, which ensures the accuracy and precision of the methods. The control system is three-tier and with international participation.

We operate an ENT outpatient clinic. We provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic care to clients with ear, nose and throat conditions including head and neck surgery. In addition to basic ENT examinations, we also perform endoscopic, audiological and otoneurological examinations.

We run a pulmonary outpatient clinic, a sleep laboratory and a sleep-disordered breathing clinic. Diagnostic methods provided: spirometry, body plethysmography, pulmonary diffusion measurement, airway resistance measurement, bronchomotor tests, FENO, multiparameter sleep syndrome monitoring, etc.

We operate a non-government medical facility. We provide intensive and inpatient medical care in the fields of internal medicine, pediatrics, neurology, gynecology and obstetrics, surgery including traumatology, orthopedics, oncology with radiotherapy or rehabilitation.

We operate a medical microbiology and immunology department. We perform a wide range of investigations in clinical microbiology covering clinical bacteriology, virology, mycology, parasitology, mycobacteriology and infectious immunology.

The National Reference Laboratory for Pathogenic Actinomycetes carries out testing of strains of actinomycetes and nocardia (rare but serious agents of often fatal diseases) sent for verification from other microbiological departments in the Czech Republic.

The haematology laboratory performs blood counts, differential white blood cell budgets and morphological examination of bone marrow. The immunohematology laboratory examines blood groups, antibody screening, blood compatibility testing.

The laboratory performs postnatal cytogenetic testing of chromosomes from peripheral blood when chromosomal defects are suspected, and also investigates the frequency of acquired chromosomal aberrations during long-term exposure to mutagenic factors. In prenatal diagnostics, it performs chromosome examination of amniotic fluid cells.

We operate a pulmonary outpatient clinic. We provide diagnostic, therapeutic and dispensary care for patients with chronic diseases of the respiratory system, especially chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis or sarcoidosis, pneumoconiosis and interstitial lung processes.
