We run a gym for men and women. There are two halls: for group classes (jumping, circuit training, interval workout, zumba, yoga, etc.) and for boxing. We offer a vertical and horizontal solarium.

I am a personal fitness trainer and have been specializing in weight loss, shaping and firming women's physiques since 2011. I do circuit training under the supervision of a personal trainer. I also provide specialty massages such as classic, Hawaii Lomi-Lomi, specialty massages for muscle pain, headaches and migraines. I also perform taping.
