We carry out building surveys, mycological surveys, structural assessments and designs. Furthermore, grouting against moisture and water, remediation of masonry and wood against moisture and fungi, remediation of concrete and reinforced concrete structures including reinforcement, insulation with grouting and foils or static securing of building objects.

Static calculations. I will assess cracks or deformations on the walls and ceilings of the building, changes in the layout of the apartment, the location of photovoltaic panels on the roofs. When buying a property, I will help with an idea of what can be devised in the subsequent reconstruction. I deal with masonry, timber, steel, concrete and foundations.

Static and dynamic calculations of bridges (including determination of load capacity), civil engineering structures and ground structures. Preparation of workshop documentation of steel structures and bridges.
