Our bistro features a variety of street food specialties from around the world. It is not just any fast food, but offers a gastronomic experience in a street food way.

Fragrant pastries made from the finest flour and fine coffee are just the beginning. In Bistro Pernerka we serve delicious baked baguettes, honest meatloaf, grilled sausages and other dishes according to the current menu. You can find the current menu on our Facebook and Instagram.

Regional street food featuring fried cheese in a bun. We offer several varieties of “Sejra” with different cheeses, vegetables, and dressings. Our buns are baked by Honzíkova Pekárna in Liberec. You can find us on the dam in Hamr na Jezeře and at select events.

Authentic Southeast Asian street food. Homemade recipes without semi-finished products, Khao Soi soup or Vietnamese beef Pho, Laab Gai salad, rolls, chicken satay, different variations with noodles and rice through Wrap to burger and fries.

Come join us for coffee, Kitla's limeade and beers from small breweries. For children we have a movement room with a climbing wall.

Baked in a wood-fired Italian oven. The pizza is made using the Italian process, always using fresh ingredients.
