We brew beer mainly in the form of a flying brewery. We pride ourselves on Czech beer tradition, but we are not afraid to experiment Our beers are characterized by full flavor and strong bitterness.

We offer yeast unfiltered and unpasteurized beers (bottles and kegs).

We deal with distribution and wholesale of beer from brands Svijany and Rohozec. We offer 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 degree beers and specials.

Restaurant offering steak dishes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We offer grilled steaks, grilled vegetables. Variety of lunch menu. Fresh food daily. We have Pilsner Prazdroj beers on tap.

The original shop of the Rohozec brewery. Kiosk provides beer on call according to opening hours and ordering. We offer bottled and cask Rohozec beer, bottled wine, spirits, lager ciders and homemade sausages. We sell promotional and giveaway items from the brewery.

Podještěd Flying Brewery. This is where orders from our e-shop are picked up during the low season or outside the opening hours of our summer taproom.
