We run a Vietnamese restaurant, the intention of which is to bring a part of oriental cuisine to the Czech Republic.

We operate a restaurant with a focus on Czech cuisine. We prepare meals using the sous-vide method, the main advantage of which is the preservation of natural flavour, preservation and enhancement of aroma, juices, texture and tenderness, it is also excellent for the preparation of dietary meals.
