We are a family run artisan bakery. Our renowned product is Zlivicky bread made from real sourdough. True leaven means alive and is created by the natural fermentation of rye flour. After the leaven has ripened properly, wheat flour is added and the bread dough is kneaded. Zlivický bread is baked in a steam oven.
