Production of artisanal mountain cheese Braunauer with a maturation period of 3 and 6 months, Broumovský semi-hard with a maturation period of 1 month and fresh farm cheese. All of this is made from full-fat cow's milk, which we collect every day after the morning milking from local farmers. We make our cheeses with a huge amount of human labour and love.
