In the safety of conversation one can find possible solutions, become aware of inner conflicts, change one's experience. I help to awaken hope and initiate changes to a more satisfying life.

Psychotherapy helps the client to get rid of distress and pain. We work together to empower the client to lead the life he or she would like in a way that is his or her own and consistent with his or her values. I listen to the client's wishes and goals, respect his pace and give him the courage to see what he has not seen before.
