We operate a fitness centre divided into three separate halls namely fitness, boxing ring and mirror hall. The fitness room has Grünsport weight machines, treadmills and steppers. In the boxing ring there is a pear, conical pillow, punching bags and a mirror wall. We offer classes in the basics of boxing and self-defense.

We run a movement and fitness studio. We offer classes in zumba, pilates, power yoga, bosu, jumping, tabata, bodybalance and bodyforming. We offer indoor cycling and circuit training. We organize exercises for seniors, parents with children, pregnant women, back pain, weight reduction and more.

You are an enthusiastic athlete, you like unconventional exercises, you do not want a stereotype. So do not hesitate and come and try everything. We train in MyGymTime gym with Luky (MON, WED, FR). Trainer Lukáš is there for free and offers traditional and non-traditional training concepts. Capacity limited to small groups of interested people.
