We operate a fitness centre with an area of 330 m2. There are several exercise zones. You can use the classical and strength gym, the cardio zone or the gym for circuit training, which we also offer to trainers for rent. There is a children's corner for children aged 1-10 years.

I provide personal trainer services. I focus on an individual approach. I provide fitness, reduction and shaping training plans, diet programs and volume measurements or weigh-ins. I provide group exercise classes as well as circuit, functional or conditioning training or Jogalates.
