We run a boxing club. Certified and professional trainers, divided by level for everyone from 15-99 years old.

Taekwondo classes are offered. We organize preparatory and conditioning camps and training sessions. We participate in the World, European and Czech championships.

I am a practitioner, massage therapist, therapist, aikido teacher, self-defense teacher and trainer in many programs. I am involved in spiral spinal stabilization, conditioning, restorative and health exercises.
