Our modern gymnastics club focuses on developing the physical, artistic and mental abilities of girls through modern gymnastics. We offer training for both competitive and non-competitive departments where girls can prepare for competition.

Operation of the fitness centre.

Fitness operation. We offer three group classes every day and the choice is really varied. Circuit training, which we started years ago, Performance Cross classes, Power Strength, Yoga, Morning workout or Mum's classes. Personal training sessions are also an integral part of the program, where we give clients individual attention.

We operate a sports complex.

We run a physical education unit focusing on modern gymnastics and aesthetic group gymnastics. We participate in competitions.
