We operate a department of clinical microbiology. We deal with the examination of bacteriological and serological samples.

Within the central collection point, biological material is collected by professional medical staff for outpatient clinics and specialized consulting rooms of the Hospital Písek, a.s., and functional tests - oral glucose tolerance tests (oGTT) are performed here.

At the SYNLAB specimen collection site, we perform gentle blood draws for patients with a doctor’s referral as well as self-pay patients. Specimens are processed in SYNLAB’s accredited laboratories. Preventive screenings for self-pay patients can be easily purchased online.
