I support people during times of change and difficult decisions, when they need to understand their own situation, organize their thoughts, and gain the clarity and courage to take the next steps. I work through mentoring, coaching, or collaborative discussions—either in person or online.

LuciD Coaching supports women in their personal and professional development and on the path to life balance and joy. I am Lucie Dostalíková, a certified coach, and I offer individual consultations in Olomouc and online. I create a safe space and help women step back to themselves and a life they enjoy.

I am a certified transformational coach. Coaching is a powerful tool for mental hygiene and deep self-reflection, from which you can make decisions that are in the best alignment with you. Come get your important questions answered. Meetings are held online.
