We run a private sports club. Come and work out and get in shape that you can carry over into your everyday life. Functional training develops not only strength and endurance, but also other components of movement such as speed, coordination and flexibility.

New gym for the public. The gym follows a year of interval training classes. We focus on modern group classes that are functional and comprehensive, have a good effect on burning fat and building fitness.
