We are a small family butcher shop with our own production, we pride ourselves on quality and tradition. Our production is based on traditional butchery recipes. We specialise in the production of our renowned mince, wine sausages, pates and cold cuts. Our range also includes fresh quality meat and meat products.

Our family business was established in 2007 as a small-capacity pork slaughterhouse and meat cutting plant. Our goal and priority is to produce quality fresh meat, so we buy slaughter pigs only from Czech breeders. In 2022, we opened the U Marušky butcher shop, where we offer our own sausages.
