In a stylish brasserie with original vaults, you can enjoy three types of beer from the Konicek Brewery and enjoy specials that are on the beer menu. You can also have a bite to eat with your beer. For example, sourdough with smoked meat, sausages, pork sausage and other delicacies.
We offer restaurant, pub and tower seating. Outdoor seating is available in the summer months. The total capacity of the building is 280 seats. We serve a daily menu and meals of medieval cuisine, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
The first mention of a brewery dates back to the 13th century. The brewery itself was established as a manorial brewery in 1518. The brewery's operations ceased 395 years later when the last beer was brewed in 1913, but the brewery premises were regained in 2017.
