The first mention of a brewery dates back to the 13th century. The brewery itself was established as a manorial brewery in 1518. The brewery's operations ceased 395 years later when the last beer was brewed in 1913, but the brewery premises were regained in 2017.
We operate a restaurant offering hot and cold dishes and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We can organize cultural and social events, corporate banquets and family celebrations. There is a hall for 150 guests.
We offer restaurant, pub and tower seating. Outdoor seating is available in the summer months. The total capacity of the building is 280 seats. We serve a daily menu and meals of medieval cuisine, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
