We operate a relaxation centre. It is possible to use sauna, fitness center and exercise alpinning. The sauna is dry with a capacity of 30 seats. One day a week is reserved for women only.

The Aquacentrum is a modern water fun centre in the heart of the spa. It includes a salt cave, fitness centre and sauna mine.

Sauna bathing in Ostrov is becoming a phenomenon. The traditional Finnish sauna is open to the general public and has now been newly renovated. The capacity of the sauna is 20 people.
