The MY YOGA concept provides a personal and friendly environment for your yoga and pilates practice. Individual and group classes, yoga and pilates for closed groups, businesses or kids yoga groups.

We offer yoga classes led by experienced teachers, massages and a meeting space. Our studio is complete with a library of yoga literature and original mandalas.

I am a certified yoga instructor with 10 years of experience. I focus on classes for a healthy back, yoga therapy and Vinyasa yoga. I offer individual yoga lessons and yoga retreats in the Czech Republic and abroad.
