We offer a wide range of yoga classes, from pregnancy yoga to children's yoga. Our classes also include Fly Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Hormonal Yoga Therapy. We focus on the health and well-being of our clients and help build a strong body and mind. Come and relax and strengthen your body with us.

The sports centre offers sports activities for the whole family. On three floors you will find a large cardio zone, crossgym gym, bowling, squash, 2 halls for 2v2 football, floorball and table tennis. There is also a multisalon for group classes and a yoga room. We also have a ladies zone with a kids corner and private treadmills.
