We run a family yoga studio for young and old.

We offer sports and exercise classes. We provide aerobics, yoga, dance classes, pilates, ball exercises and for pregnant or rehabilitation exercises. We also do African dance, chi tonning, circuit training, body shaping or bodystyling.

My lessons are focused on self-awareness, here and now. Yoga is a lifelong study for me, there is always something to discover in myself.
