Yoga with Lída in Vsetín is a place for healthy exercise, relaxation, and care for both body and soul. With a personalized approach, I guide students through yoga, Pilates, and physio yoga; I offer yoga for children and seniors, as well as workshops and yoga retreats in the Czech Republic and abroad.
