We operate a brewery. We offer traditional honest beer in light, semi-dark and dark variants.

A beer for all the roosters and roosters who are fed up with being ripped off all the time for a really full-bodied taste. Anyone with a nice cut beak should have the privilege of pouring a proper drink from the watering hole into it. That's why you'll only find legends pecking at your liver in this enclosure.

We have resumed beer production in the historic brewery. We continue the tradition of brewing beer on this site since 1720. The production focus of the brewery is on bottom and top fermented beers. We supplement our regular offer with a special every month.

Modern technology, traditional and non-traditional methods of beer production, only selected, quality ingredients, honest lager or special beers. These are the main attributes of our family brewery. Moreover, you can taste the finished Wolfgang beer almost in the brewery's brewhouse, which is located directly in the brewery's restaurant.

We offer an original environment, modern Czech gastronomy with our creative chef and perfectly treated beer directly from the brewery including a possible excursion and tasting.

Stylish guesthouse of the Old Cock brewery in Znojmo in a newly renovated First Republic villa. It is directly adjacent to the brewery and Old Cock Beer House as well as to the historical centre of the town.
