We are a modern microbrewery with a restaurant. We brew mainly top-fermented specials, but you will surely find good lagers here as well. The restaurant has a capacity of 120 people and we serve very good Czech cuisine with beer.

We operate a chain of breweries. We focus on the production and sale of draught and dark beers or lagers. Our company includes seven breweries - Černá Hora, Protivín, Uherský Brod, Jihlava, Rychtář, Klášter and Vysoký Chlumec.

Since 2011, we started brewing beer in the Břevnov monastery again. We brew up to 40 different beers a year, a total of 4,000 hl. We brew from classic lagers to ALE beers, sour beers to wood-aged beers. Our beers are tapped in the Monastery Granary and we offer an interesting tour.
