We are a company that is trying to restore the tradition of brewing beer in Úštěk. We offer a wide range of beers, such as light and semi-dark lagers, pale ales and special flavours. Our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, brewed with care and passion for authentic taste.

Kocour beer production. Our restaurant focuses primarily on Czech cuisine. We use our own vegetables, meat. During the year we organize various events, concerts, weddings, corporate parties, family celebrations and private parties. The brewery is a restaurant brewery with a hotel. We brew and tap beers that are unfiltered and unpasteurized to preserve all the original nutrients. We offer up to 6 beers and seasonal beer specials. We arrange a tour of the microbrewery. We have been awarded Beer of the Year 2011 and 2012.
