We offer injection moulding and moulding of plastics on Engel 25-220 ton presses. Technical mouldings: polyamide (PA), polyoxymethylene (POM), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), as well as ABS, PC, PC/ABS. Thermosets/Bakelite - 80 tons. Production, moulding including subsequent assembly and assembly.

We provide complete product development, from the design and development of project documentation to the production of moulds and mechanical parts.

For more than 70 years we have been manufacturing standard catalogue parts, standard parts and parts according to supplied documentation, and we also have our own developments. Manufacture of Plexiglas and other sheet plastics (PMMA, PET-G, ABS, HiPS, PC, PP, PE, PVC), vacuum forming of plastics including 5-axis trimming of mouldings. We offer CNC laser cutting, CNC milling, PMMA diamond polishing, bending, gluing, complete processing and sales of plexiglass, illuminated advertising.

Plastic Injection Molding Facility. We offer small-batch production of plastic parts and products using injection molding technology. We provide comprehensive custom manufacturing—from technical drawings, through design, mold manufacturing and testing, and sample production, all the way to mass production of molded parts with subsequent mold maintenance.
