We provide assistance to students in difficult and challenging life situations related not only to their studies. We offer career, study or socio-legal counselling.

Processing of applications in the following areas: trademarks (logo) national, EU, international, technical solutions - patents, utility models, industrial designs. Dispute proceedings, searches, consultations.

Providing patent and trademark office services. We focus on industrial rights for domestic and foreign clients and tax advice. We carry out searches. We prepare texts for patent, utility and industrial design applications. We represent clients before the Industrial Property Office.

We are a guarantor of the professional competence of patent attorneys, we issue certificates for the practice of the activity. We protect and promote their interests as well as conduct disciplinary proceedings and decide on measures.

We provide all services related to trademarks and industrial designs (design), including registration, search, litigation, opinions, monitoring of competition in the Czech Republic and abroad. All with consultation and design of the most appropriate solution.

I provide protection of industrial rights in the Czech Republic and abroad. I prepare patent and trademark searches. I deal with applications for inventions, utility and industrial designs, trademarks, designations of origin or geographical indications. I also provide expert opinions.
