I use systemic psychotherapy and hypnotherapy (hypnosis) in my private practice for adult and adolescent clients. I work with GPs in prevention programs to increase access to psychosocial support and mental health services.

I provide personal counselling and psychotherapy, supervision and coaching. I run courses in communication, personal development, teamwork, management skills etc. I also teach clients time and stress management, including working on emotional stability and relaxation techniques (autogenic training).
