We provide nutritional counseling and individual consultations, workout and diet programs. Exercise classes for moms with children 18 months and older.

Complete fitness and wellness facilities can be found in OC Plzeňka in Lochotín. The gym is equipped with Matrix machines, a cardio zone and InBody equipment. After your workout, relax in the sauna with a relaxation zone, which is included in the price of admission.
