Our centre was established in 2011 to offer traditional karate training to children and adults. Our training sessions are specifically targeted and divided into age groups according to developmental stages with a focus on motor development, concentration and discipline. We focus primarily on teaching Mixed Martial Arts, other combat sports, fitness training and long-term physical stability. The Gym was founded in 1998. Since that year it has provided consistent and elite level coaching for all of its members.
