Health yoga, pelvic floor 3x3, lymphatic drainage, massage, pilates. I deal with pelvic floor issues and related difficulties - sagging, incontinence, back pain, diastasis, loose center and other specific difficulties. Yoga in my concept is a health exercise focused on functional healthful movement.

The club was founded in 1992, the aim of the club is to provide active and regular sporting activities for children and young people. The club is involved in the Kids on the Start project.

I help women lose weight and feel great. It's about losing weight without dieting and strenuous exercise. Video workouts for weight loss and body shaping, diets, motivation, online and sms advice, health exercises, various challenges and other bonus benefits and freebies. My membership includes women who are between the ages of 25 and 83.
