I run a private gym dedicated to your health. It is only used for private training sessions (trainer - client). Exercise completely according to your wishes: temperature (air conditioning), music, time and light. The gym is well equipped. I specialize in health exercises for all ages.

I offer health calm exercises to strengthen the center of the body and pelvic floor. Prevention of back pain, joint pain and incontinence. The aim is to correct movement and health problems - it does not replace physiotherapy or fall under the term rehabilitation in the medical sense. I am also involved in nutritional counselling.
