We run sports clubs. We focus on volleyball, bowling, badminton and hiking.

I offer nutrition counselling and sports dietetics services. I organize group rehabilitation exercises. I also offer comprehensive physiotherapy care, ergonomics instruction, kinesiotaping, therapeutic physical education, cupping, lymphatic and classical massage and more.

Children's sports preparatory school in Pardubice and 16 other cities, which is not specialized in one sport. Children will be guided through several sports, where they will learn the skills acquired in each of them and continue to develop them. Training sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays in the gym of Štefánikova Primary School with the use of outdoor facilities.

Offering the services of a personal trainer in a fitness centre and a physiotherapist. Exercise programs for gaining muscle mass, weight reduction, reduction of back pain and muscle imbalances, instruction in stretching shortened muscles, musculoskeletal diagnostics, body composition analysis with the IN BODY 230.

Yoga courses for adults and children. Seminars, workshops.

We run a sports organization with tennis, floorball, table tennis, yoga, football, badminton, volleyball, recreational sports and chess.

I offer rehabilitation, aromatherapy and non-contact bioenergetic massage or natural therapy using ear candles. We provide weekly stays in thermal baths in Slovakia. We run a counselling centre for reconditioning and regeneration using natural means such as physiotherapy and aromatherapy.
