Our company focuses on promoting a healthy lifestyle through a balanced diet and regular exercise. We offer exercise programs and expert nutritional advice to help achieve optimal health and well-being.

Accredited Nordic Walking instructor (certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science). I organize group Nordic Walking courses and individual lessons. I also conduct Nordic Walking lessons and courses in English. I organize hikes, corporate workshops of fitness walking and exercises, optionally in conjunction with mindfulness.

We run courses and movement activities. We offer exercises for the spine, pilates, on balls, methodical kinesiology and flowin. We provide nutritional counselling. We also provide Thai or Dorn method massage, kinesiotaping, manual lymphatic drainage and more. Studio rental is available.

The archery range in Dobřichovice is the club shooting range of the local archery club and is only available to members of the TJ Sokol Dobřichovice and their nearby circle.
