We offer a wide range of yoga and pilates classes including intensive hot classes. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a variety of styles, from calm Yin Yoga to exciting Wheel Yoga. If your back hurts, you need to stretch, or you are an active senior, health exercises are right for you. I use elements of yoga, pilates, conditioning and a variety of exercise equipment in my classes. I am very happy to welcome adherents of the traditional yoga path to my regular Kundalini Yoga classes.
