We offer metalworking. We provide conventional MIG/MAG welding, CNC machining, concentricity, milling up to 2000 mm and flanging, drilling, grinding and gear manufacturing up to module 6. We also provide bending, assembly, cutting on plate shears, sandblasting, heat treatment of metals (hardening, annealing).

Offering tool coating. We use low voltage arc evaporation and magnetron sputtering technologies.

We deal with heat and chemical-thermal processing of metals. We carry out hardening, annealing, refining, nitriding, carbonitriding, tenifer, oxidation, cementing, nitrocementing, blackening, blasting, plastering, chemofinishing, ceramofinishing, straightening and freezing.

We can offer a complete supply of precision machined parts including material supply, surface treatment, heat treatment and transport to destination.

We offer heat treating and metal finishing. We provide vacuum and protective atmosphere heat treatment, high frequency surface hardening, annealing without protective atmosphere, plating, blackening and more.

Focus on special and complex piece production to individual customer requirements. We perform vacuum and surface hardening, nitriding or metal refining. We also provide high frequency surface hardening, straightening, freezing, annealing, oxynitriding, cementation, vacuum tempering and more.

The main heat treatment technology is nitriding in a gaseous atmosphere. As a complementary service to the nitriding process, we offer surface oxidation after nitriding. There is also the possibility of protecting parts of surfaces, threads, holes before nitriding, annealing, tempering and inter-operative stabilization to remove stresses.
