Defending the interests of ostomates in the Czech Republic. The association negotiates with government bodies, MPs and representatives, health insurance companies, health professionals and companies that supply aids. We also provide information to ostomates and the public. Coordination of the work of clubs and cooperation with international associations.

The club brings together citizens with colostomies, ileostomies and urostomies. We offer advice and information on the challenges of living with a stoma, including information on the aids available. We also provide talks by experts and presentations by companies, convalescent stays and social events.
